Terms of service

These terms apply to shopping with Loveli at tryloveli.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. The checkout shows your selected products, any discounts, shipping and applicable taxes before payment. Please check your contact details, delivery address and purchase option before submitting your order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save is optional and renews automatically at the price and interval selected at checkout until canceled. There is no minimum order commitment. You can manage, pause, skip or cancel future renewals through your subscription account before the next scheduled charge. See our subscription policy for details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Our shipping policy explains rates and order updates. Purchases are covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee as described in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
